01

Overview

A multi-section business site presenting services, credibility and contact routes in a single clean flow — designed so a first-time visitor understands the offer within one screen.

02

The problem

The business relied on word of mouth and had no online presence to send prospects to. Enquiries were inconsistent and there was no way to communicate scope or pricing before a call.

03

Approach

  1. 01Mapped the offer into distinct service blocks with plain-language scope for each.
  2. 02Built a single-screen value proposition supported by proof sections further down.
  3. 03Wired direct enquiry routes — WhatsApp trigger, call link and a short brief form.
  4. 04Handled SEO fundamentals: unique titles, descriptions, semantic structure and fast loads.
04

Strategy & UX decisions

  • Catalog structured for fast scanning with clear price and availability, then a direct order handoff.
  • Mobile-first layout: the majority of traffic arrives from social links on a phone.
  • Ordering routed through the channel the client already answers, removing checkout friction.
05

Challenges

  • Compressing a broad service list into a structure a stranger can parse quickly.
  • Client content arrived in fragments, so the layout had to tolerate uneven copy lengths.
  • Balancing an enquiry form against the reality that most local users prefer WhatsApp.
06

Learnings

  • →Offering both a form and a WhatsApp trigger roughly doubles the routes to a real conversation.
  • →Designing to variable copy length prevents a redesign every time content changes.
  • →Small service sites still deserve real SEO structure from day one.
07

Tech & tooling

  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS
  • WhatsApp order triggers
  • Form-to-email
  • SEO structure
08

Outcome

  • A credible link to send every prospect to.
  • Enquiries arrive with scope context instead of a cold message.
  • Fast, mobile-first experience across the whole site.
